Linda Cicero born and raised in Chicago IL. Found her love of Yoga back in 2009 through traditional Hatha techniques such as Bikram Yoga. Progressively changing her Yoga style adding weights to her practice, Linda became certified in Yoga Sculpt through Core Power, and has found this strengthening element has helped deepen poses and transform her outer body and life. Linda moved to her happy place growing up, Galena IL. In August 2017. She was all about finding balance. So started to incorporate holding poses building even more strength and stamina through her practice, really focusing on alignment and taking the time to actually feel, adjust and readjust not only on her mat but in daily life as well. Her love for yoga brought her to yet another teacher training receiving an accredited 200 hour YTT certificate through B-1 Yoga in Dubuque IA. Learning, watching her poses form and gaining balance Linda was able to breathe inhaling deeper and exhaling longer. It was then that she discovered the key to her practice was breath. The true life of Yoga began, the practice of Meditation. Deep breathing, functional movement, cooking, journaling and becoming grounded in the country green air has allowed Linda to flourish and grow. Currently working towards her RYT-300 hour certification finishing June 2018, Linda is studying Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Cancer, Functional Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Recovery, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Grief, and Yoga for Chronic Pain. Linda has taken this path through her own story lived and is ready to share.
